OUR VOLUNTEERS

To form the most interesting and diverse group possible, our selection guidelines are pretty specific. Our Spanish clients are looking to learn English in the most engaging way. Since there are no classroom techniques, nor grammar-based activities, you, as their English speaking counterpart, must be up for the challenge of motivating conversation which taps into their likes, their loves and their hates.

You must be a native English speaker with a professional and/or academic background. Armed with stories of travels and experiences from your day-to-day life, you must also possess the patience and give the support required to help the Spaniards feel at ease while they are out of their depth. Your personality is the most valuable asset at our village. Intellectually stimulating characters with the ability to have fun and at times be frivolous are most desirable. We accept applications from men and women from 22 to 80!
