Dearest friends from all over the globe,

What do you get when you put 20 English speakers and 20 Spaniards together, mixed in with a zany Program Director and Master of Ceremonies, entertainment, improv skits and, with some luck, a little coverage on international news?  SUCCESS, my friends, SUCCESS!

Please excuse us, we're just a little excited because of the continued sucess after 174 programs since our beginnings in 2001. It's been 5 years of hard work and long hours, both from all staff members involved and from the 2756 "Anglos" that have contributed to the life-changing experience that Pueblo Ingles has been for them and for all the "students" (Spaniards, Portuguese and Italians) who have inhabited our villages. Valdelavilla, La Alberca and now our new venues, Cazorla, and Umbria will be the setting for Pueblo Ingles this year. Yes! Our "pueblo hunter" Alvaro has come back with some great news. We can finally confirm we will be holding 4 programs at our beautiful new site in Italy, and to top it all off, this year Pueblo Inglés will be venturing to the south of Spain. Soon, Pueblo Ingles will have no frontiers!

And if anyone is interested in wining and dining with some Spanish medicos, this June Pueblo Inglés will again be running its special "Doctors Edition".

So now the question is, who would like to be part of the most incredible 8 days (7 nights) cultural experience of the year? Our venues are awaiting the invasion of Spaniards and Anglos from all over the world! Now, read on to get the nitty gritty about what has been happening since our last bulletin....We hope this gives you enough reasons to make 2006 the year to come and visit us!

Best regards,

The Pueblo Ingles Crew

ITALY... ready for takeoff!
Good news for veterans, or "experts" as we now like to say, we are only
inches away from publishing the dates for Villaggio Inglese, our English village in bella Italia! A new venue in the region of Umbria will be the setting for our Italian programs. We initially aim to offer
four programs this year and we will have more information and exact dates posted on the website next week, so stay tuned!

Unfortunately, the spots are very limited, so at this point, we urge you to please refrain from sending us emails as we can only offer the spots to the program "experts" who have already been placed on the waiting list. Our "expert Anglos" get first dibs and will be emailed personally next week!

Pueblo Inglés goes SOUTH
The Anglos were begging us to find a new venue and this one had exactly what we were looking for! Rural villas in the heart of the olive-dotted Andalucian country, year-round sun and breathtaking views make Cazorla an ideal Pueblo Inglés venue. With only four programs set for this year places are limited.

Nestled in the midst of a natural park in the province of Jaén, just four hours south of Madrid, Cazorla will offer Anglos a more Mediterranean feel with its white-washed houses, terraced rooms and rugged Andalucian views. Interested in testing the waters? Check out the details and dates before we run out of vacancies!

Is there a DOCTOR in the house?!
If you have experience working in the medical field or simply would like to exchange thoughts and ideas with Spanish doctors,
we need YOU! Last year's special Doctor's edition was a roaring success, so much so that this year three groups of doctors will be sponsored by pharmaceuticals Bristol and Lilly Laboratories to learn English once

and for all - medical terminology aside. The first one this year took place in Valdelavilla in April and now there are 18 Spanish doctors running aroung the peninsula speaking English! There might be a few spots left in the upcoming summer sessions: June 16 to 23 (La Alberca) and June 23 to 30 (La Alberca). If interested, you can directly "request this program" online, without having to fill out an application form again.
