WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE COMING TO THE PROGRAM

STEP 1. PROGRAM REQUEST

The first step is to complete our application form to become a Volunteer “Anglo” at Pueblo Ingles. Our Anglo Department will receive this together with your requested program selection. The information you provide will help us decide if you are eligible to join the program. In some cases we may conduct a brief phone call to follow up on information provided.

STEP 2. CONFIRM DATE

We hope to receive a first class application form from you in order for us to be able to confirm your eligibility. Should your program selection be available, we will let you know straight away. The secret to creating a special bond in the program is having a perfect mix of volunteers. If your profile fits in with the date/s you have selected, we will be able to offer you a spot. All we need you to do at this stage is confirm as soon as possible your selection. You can do this with a simple click of a mouse.

Otherwise, we will suggest another available date. This may mean that for a period of time you are kept on a waiting list until we are able to confirm your program selection.

STEP 3. BOOKED

At this stage you have confirmed your program selection and we have guaranteed you a place on our Pueblo Ingles program. You can now start planning your trip! You can check the meeting details for the specific venue you are booked into. These details will help you prepare for the program: arrival date, welcome reception details, accommodation recommendation etc.

STEP 4. TRAVEL CONFIRMED

You have a place on our Pueblo Ingles program and we are counting on you! We therefore need you to book your travel as soon as possible, and within the deadline you will be given. We will also need to know of any medical and dietary conditions you may have. When you have booked your accommodation, we would also really appreciate it if you provide us with the details and contact information during your stay in Spain. All of this can be done via your home page on PPP.

STEP 5. CONFIRM PARTICIPATION

We would like to know where you are staying before the program and if you will be joining us for the welcome reception before the program. If you haven't confirmed your details in the previous stage, you should do so now.

IMPORTANT: Throughout these stages we will be in contact with you via email and the "Personal Program Page". You will be able to manage your participation in the "PPP", ensuring a more efficient way of communicating with the Anglo Department.
